How cancellations and returns work at Egala Spot.
Order cancellation
You may request a cancellation/refund within about 20 minutes of placing your order, while the order is still eligible. Once an order is processing with our warehouse or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.
Returns
Unworn items in original condition may be returned according to our Terms. Custom-printed or decorated items are typically non-returnable unless there is a production defect.
